Nice clean hotel within walking distance from Kings Cross Station and good bus/tube services to the West End. Nice size rooms.
Top Tip
Plenty of restaurants and bars in the general area, although not as smart/upmarket as some you find in the West End. The hotel has a very nice Southern Indian restaurant.

As we were aware that there was restricted travel on various tubes lines we wanted to make sure we could make our train at Kings Cross on time so this hotel was in an ideal location - 10 mins walk to the station.
The hotel was clean and staff extremely helpful. Continental breakfast was fairly standard.

I stayed for 2 nights, 7/8th December, and chose this hotel because I felt the price was very reasonable, and the location a 15 min. walk from Kings Cross/St. Pancras which is not very far at all. On arrival, I was greeted very pleasantly and efficiently, and had managed to get a car parking space (at a cost) directly outside. My room was on the 2nd floor and was clean and smartly decorated. The hotel has two restaurants; one serving traditional food and the other, an Indian restaurant serving Southern Indian dishes. I chose the Indian restaurant and had a very pleasant meal. The hotel has a swimming pool (extra cost) and a beauty treatment centre. All in all, I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

If you don't mind walking 15 mins. to Kings Cross, then this is a good location. I prefer to travel by bus, and from Kings Cross there are ample buses taking you into the West End and other areas. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in the area, and of course the British Library is here too. I prefer to catch a bus into the West End, but there is enough to do if you want to stay local. Camden and Islington aren't far away either.

Good, clean room.
Could do with a couple of spare power sockets in accessible places.
